Refund policy
We want to make sure you are happy with your products and will work with you to solve any problems that may arise along the way.
To start a return, you can contact us at beforecharlotteuk@gmail.com. Please note that as a small business we cannot offer free returns, you will need to cover the cost of returning the item.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the address and you'll need to send us the item/s, we will undertake a full quality inspection and then if in perfect condition we will process your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Inside your returns package please include a copy of your order number (if bought online) or receipt number (if bought in store) and instructions on whether you would like a full refund or exchange.
All unworn products are entitled to be fully refunded or exchanged when returned to us within 28 days of purchase. All refunds will be paid via the original payment method. Pease note original shipping charges are non-refundable if purchased online.
If any items are damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. Please inform us via email of any damage immediately upon delivery. You must notify us within 3 business days of the delivery date for any damage claims to be considered valid. We reserve the right to deny any damage claims after this three day window, but we will consider all claims on a case-by-case basis.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will contact you (the customer) directly and if the product is deemed unsatisfactory then we will seek to replace the product or if in the case of complete dissatisfaction - a full refund together with return postage will be returned to the customer concerned.
